Repeat Prescription
In order to reduce potential medication errors we request that all prescription requests are made in writing via email, by completing a prescription request form available from reception or by clicking the link below.
To avoid errors, we no longer accept prescription requests via phone.
Prescriptions are emailed via secure link to a single nominated pharmacy with 72 hours of request.
Some newly prescribed medications may require pharmacy or outpatient clarification, which can sometimes lead to delays. We appreciate your patience while we manage these queries.
